AAE (Another Arcade Emulator) AAE is a vector based arcade system emulator/simulator written using C and OpenGL. It strives to recreate the experience of playing the games as they were in the arcade, and requires the original game ROMS in order to run. In some cases copies of the original sound files and artwork are required to complete the emulation experience. It provides for simulation options that are not available in MAME, and offers several features that are not available in MAME due to their arcade preservation charter, such as advanced hardware based drawing and motion blur. |

I, Robot A very cool emulator. The original arcade was a vector game on a raster display so the emulator is able to improve the screen resolution. Another neat feature is that screen snapshots are vector images in the Windows clipboard! |

MageX Uses the old MAME samples (.sam format) for some games. Sample names in the MageX v0.8a data file (inside the Older Emus pack from www.logiqx.com) are believed to be correct. They were derived by examining the strings within the emulator executable and by running the emulator itself. Please do not question the data file validity, even if the samples here do not match the data file. They were the best that I could find but do not mean that the data file is incorrect! |

MSega A cheap hack of ElSemi's Sega Model 2 Emulator, claim to be a new Model 2 emulator. Note from Pi... Comparing Model 2 Emulator. v0.1 alpha versus MSega whateverversion.crap. The Hex Workshop comparison shown, only matches, gives two main sections, one A1F8F bytes long and another one 6BDD4 bytes long, both at the same offsets in each file. That means that only two sections give 1105251 matching bytes. The emulators are roughly 1114112 bytes long, so 99% of them are exactly the same. |
