VIDEO HARDWARE NOTES:

- Centipede doesn't have a color PROM. Eight RAM locations control the color of characters and sprites. The meanings of the four bits are (all bits are inverted): bit 3= alternate, bit 2= blue, bit 1= green and bit 0 red. The alternate bit affects blue and green, not red. The way I weighted its effect might not be perfectly accurate, but is reasonably close.

- 4th April 2004: Aaron Giles cleaned up the Centipede driver to take advantage of TRANSPARENCY_PENS.

- 0.77u2: Moved Qwak (prototype) to runaway.c driver.

- 15th April 2002: Aaron Giles merged the Centipede, Millipede, Warlords and Qwak prototype drivers because they were similar.
